A new school in the village of Zhetekshi is planned to be launched in March
Almost everything is ready in the educational institution to meet the children. Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov, who visited Zhetekshi on a working trip, found out in what conditions rural children will now study.
Arriving in the village, which is part of the regional center, the head of the region went to the mini-market "Geologist". The store's director Zhanar Sultanova said that cheaper vegetables supplied under the memorandum with vegetable growers are available to local residents. In addition, there are sugar, vegetable oil and other products from the regional stabilization fund on the shelves. At the same time, there was no social molded bread in the outlet. Akim instructed to work out its delivery to Zhetekshi.
Abylkair Skakov also visited the Aq jurek sports and recreation complex, built under the Auyl - El Besigi program. Today, about 400 villagers, including 250 children, play sports here. Zhetekshi develops wrestling, sambo, basketball, volleyball, football, chess and togyz-kumylak. The head of the region demanded to clearly form the work schedule of the FOCA so that everyone who wants to play sports can do it within the walls of a sports facility.
The governor of the region also visited the building of a new school designed for 300 students with a mini-center for 100 seats. Contractors have completed all construction and installation work, and teachers are already preparing to receive children. Both outside and inside the educational institution is designed according to the standards of the Zamanaui Mektep program. School employees admitted that children are asking to sit at new desks as soon as possible.
- I have been working at the Zheteksha school for 24 years and all this time we were promised to provide a new building, - said chemistry teacher Inna Sidorenko. - We have already told the students how beautiful the new school is and how functional the equipment is here. I'm sure they will be absolutely delighted when they come here.
They intend to start classes at the educational institution in March. Abylkair Skakov stressed that after serious financial injections into the school construction project, teachers will need to create a full-fledged and high-quality educational environment here.
A reporting meeting of the local head Nurlybek Abdrakhmanov in front of the population was held in the building of the new school. The mayor, who was elected last year through direct elections, spoke about the development of the rural district. He dwelt in detail on the problem that arises in the summer season, when the pressure in the central water supply is significantly reduced.
- Today 514 yards are connected to the water supply, but charges for water consumption are not carried out, - the village akim stressed. - We have repeatedly discussed the problem with the local community and decided to identify users who waste water irrationally and use pumps. In addition, we need to change the cast-iron pipes with a length of 700 meters.
As for intra-village roads, 16.8 kilometers of streets have been paved out of 26.5 kilometers. There is no asphalt in the new area of individual housing construction. They intend to start asphalting roads in the housing and communal services after the construction of water supply networks. Zhetekshi intends to increase the share of paved roads to 100% in 2023.
In addition to water supply and roads, villagers are worried about when they will have their own house of culture. Design and estimate documentation has already been developed for the construction of a social facility. The start of its implementation was planned for 2023, however, Akim of Pavlodar Asain Baykhanov proposed to start the construction of the recreation center this year. Abylkair Skakov supported this initiative, but noted that after commissioning, all the premises of the new house of culture should be maximally involved and accessible to the public.
- Now people are more and more interested in landscaping and comfort in villages, - the head of the region stressed. - This range can include roads, lighting, the quality of education, the opportunity to play sports and leisure activities. The government is obliged to provide all these public goods to the population. And, as for Zheteksha, after the inclusion of the village in the city limits, it received more opportunities. Of course, there are certain unresolved issues here, but the main thing is not to be afraid to open them. If a dialogue is built with people, all the problems of the villagers will find their optimal solution.
After Abylkair Skakov held a personal reception of citizens in Zhetekshi. One of the applicants complained to the mayor about the lack of premises in the local outpatient clinic. The head of the region decided to check himself how the rural medical institution works. According to the medical workers, only a few patients pass through a three-bed day hospital during the day. As for receiving a doctor and receiving medical procedures, there are no queues for them. Therefore, as the doctors noted, the available areas are quite enough today. The governor of the region instructed to study this issue more thoroughly and consider the possibility of expanding the outpatient clinic.
