Strengthen information work and independently look for those who need employment - such recommendations were given by the head of the region to the social protection authorities, having visited the Pavlodar employment center.
As the akim of Pavlodar region was told, at least 200 people apply to the city employment center every day. Since the beginning of 2022, 396 applicants have registered here, 92 of whom were able to get a permanent job.
“Today, the most demanded specialists are teachers and medical workers,” said Dinara Akzamova, director of the employment center. - Our task is to offer the applicant the available vacancies until he actually finds a job. On average, this happens 5-6 times.
Abylkair Skakov noted that social protection authorities need to periodically provide analytical data on the activities of employment centers and bring them to the population through the media and social networks. The head of the region also demanded to strengthen information support in the premises of the employment centers themselves, where important and interesting information should be placed for those who are looking for work.
- Employment centers should become mobile, - added the regional akim. - During the period of "calm" in the very center, part of its employees should go in search of people who need work. To do this, you need to know where to look for them. The time when people came to the akimat or employment center has passed. Today, on the contrary, representatives of akimats and employment centers should go to the population themselves. This is especially true for young people who need employment or retraining.
Abylkair Skakov also drew attention to the cramped conditions in which today Pavlodar residents are assisted in finding employment. He instructed to consider the possibility of expanding the employment center and arranging a wardrobe, but without large financial costs.
