Pavlodar law enforcement officers thanked for their service in state of emergency

Employees of the police, the National Guard and other law enforcement agencies of the Pavlodar region marched along the central square. The words of gratitude to law enforcement officers were expressed by the head of the region Abylkair Skakov.

Akim of the region appealed to law enforcement officers during their general formation. He emphasized their confident and well-coordinated work and recalled that during the riots that occurred in the region on January 5, and during the period of the state of emergency, no casualties were allowed in Pavlodar.

- We saw how our population reacted to you with understanding, - Akim told representatives of law enforcement agencies. - Employees of all our law enforcement agencies showed courage, the ability to stand on the front line and their big heart, which is true to the oath in the interests of our country. You were able not to go for a provocation and ensure law and order in such a difficult period.

Abylkair Skakov recalled that by the Decree of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the state of emergency was lifted in the Pavlodar region. This means the abolition of all previously existing restrictions. At the same time, the law enforcement block of the region will continue to work in an enhanced mode. Akim noted that the situation in the region is under the control of the authorities.
