How the instructions of the President will be executed in Pavlodar region

The head of the region, Abylkair Skakov, held a meeting on the implementation of the instructions of Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, voiced the day before during a meeting of the Mazhilis of the Parliament.

As the head of the department of economy and budget planning Irina Nazarchuk said, in order to curb inflation in the Pavlodar region, they will work on the physical and price availability of essential goods. In the region, control over the cost of food products from producers and on retail shelves will be strengthened.

“We will increase our own production of basic socially significant food products,” said Irina Nazarchuk. - This year it is planned to build a farmers 'market, which will enable farmers to sell their products with minimal overhead costs and without unnecessary intermediaries' margin. Within the framework of the national project "Development of Entrepreneurship" this year it is planned to support 356 projects worth 6.2 billion tenge.

As for the investment policy, in 2022 it is planned to attract 792 billion tenge of investments to Pavlodar region by introducing 60 projects and creating 1,000 new jobs. As a reform of interbudgetary relations at the meeting, it was proposed to establish a specific amount of deductions for the socio-economic development of the region for local subsoil users. Today, the amount of these payments is determined through direct negotiations with the subsoil users themselves.

Almira Disyupova, head of the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs, spoke about the measures of social support for the population. She noted that priority in employment will be given to young people who belong to the NEET category.

- The implementation period of the "Youth Practice" project will be increased to 12 months with an increase in salary subsidies to 30 MCI, - said the speaker. - The implementation period for the First Workplace project has been increased from 12 to 18 months. In addition, the Head of State instructed to increase the amount of a gratuitous grant for the development of one's own business from 200 to 400 MCI. More than 1.2 thousand people will be covered by this support measure in our region.

Akim of Pavlodar region noted that in the localities they should focus on supporting youth. According to Abylkair Skakov, after graduating from school, college or university, young people should not fall out of sight of government agencies for at least five years. Only then will the authorities be able to really help

young people in obtaining education, employment and further development. Summing up, the head of the region instructed in a week to form a program of actions for the regional akimat for 2022, which should become the basis for the work of all local executive bodies of the Pavlodar region.

Also during the meeting, the epidemiological situation was discussed at the meeting. According to the data of the health department, today the workload of infectious beds in the region is 37%, and resuscitation beds - 17%. However, due to the detection of the Omicron strain in Kazakhstan, the forecasts for the spread of coronavirus have been revised. According to the most pessimistic scenario, the number of new cases of COVID-19 in the country can reach 40 thousand new cases per day. This means that the local health care system already needs to deal with the prevention of an infectious disease.

Akims of cities and districts and our doctors should throw all possible forces into the vaccination campaign, - said Abylkair Skakov. - The incidence of coronavirus in the capital has already increased several times and this wave will soon come to us. Therefore, it is necessary to more actively vaccinate and revaccinate the inhabitants of the Pavlodar region. If we had the peak of vaccination last year in June-July, now the revaccination campaign should be at its peak.

Over the past day, more than 2.8 thousand people have undergone revaccination in the region. Akim of the region emphasized that it is necessary to reach the level of 4.5 - 5 thousand vaccinated per day in order to protect the population.
