Forum of business women was held in Pavlodar

Business women from all over the region gathered at the House of Friendship to discuss the development of women's entrepreneurship. The mazhiliswoman and the head of the National Commission for Women Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lyazzat Ramazanova took part in the meeting.

In the foyer of the House of Friendship, the forum participants organized a small exhibition, presenting the products they manufacture themselves. This is primarily food, clothing, jewelry and various decorative elements. Lyazzat Ramazanova noted that today, thanks to women entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan, 42% of the gross domestic product is produced, but most often this happens in the field of small business. Therefore, the well-known mazhiliswoman and social activist announced her readiness to increase the participation of a business woman in the industry.

“70% of the female entrepreneurial community of the country is represented in micro and small businesses,” said Lyazzat Ramazanova. - Today there is a question about the transition of business women to a new level and increasing the profitability of their business. We will do this within the framework of the resource centers, which will start functioning in every region of the country from next year. Thus, women entrepreneurs can count on support from one source. This also applies to consulting assistance, and mentoring, and marketing support, and the promotion of products manufactured by our business women to new markets.

The participants of the forum were also greeted by the deputy akim of Pavlodar region Saken Shayakhmetov. He stressed that the region pays great attention to the development of women's entrepreneurship. For example, this year, together with Halyk Bank, we launched a special lending line for business women. Within the framework of this project, 38 applications have already been received for obtaining concessional loans.

“Almost 45% of all entrepreneurs in our region are women,” said the deputy head of the region. - Traditionally, they are represented in the spheres of trade and services. And we see great potential in such industries that are in demand today as education and healthcare. They are very close to women who always guide the younger generation and care for the health of those around them.

Also at the dialogue platform, an award ceremony was held for business women who distinguished themselves in their field. The AruAna Business Recognition Prize was awarded to Zhamal Ramazanova, Chair of the Council of Business Women of Zhelezinsky District, who heads the Enbek Zhol farm. A letter of gratitude from the National Commission on Women Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was presented to Sandugash Kalizhanova, who for many years headed the construction company and today is actively involved in the socio-political and cultural life of the region. Individual entrepreneurs Glyuzya Alpysbaeva and Marzhan Alkeyeva, directors of Tri Kota Zh LLP Anastasia Bart and Zhanara Akhmetova, working in the field of consulting, were noted with letters of gratitude from the Council of Business Women under the Presidium of NPP Atameken. The head of Som-PV LLP, Aurika Dyak, was awarded a letter of thanks from NPP Atameken.
