Laureates of the "Ertis Daryny" award were honored in Pavlodar

Representatives of active youth, who distinguished themselves by the results of the years, were noted in 11 different nominations. Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov took part in the annual award ceremony.

The ceremonial meeting took place during a meeting of the regional council on youth policy, where issues of concern to young people were discussed. Saken Rakhimseitov, the manager of the carpentry shop "GreenTal", shared his experience of conducting social entrepreneurship. He said that today a small enterprise produces ecological toys that are supplied throughout Kazakhstan. Pavlodar residents with II and III disability groups are directly involved in production. The workshop has already thought about exporting its products to Russia and opening its own sewing workshop. Emin Askerov, founder of the GreenTal social workshop, also joined the dialogue platform via video conferencing.

“From January 1, 2022, amendments to the law concerning social entrepreneurship will come into force in Kazakhstan,” he said. - In the regions, work is already underway to identify social entrepreneurs. I hope Pavlodar region will remain one of the leaders in Kazakhstan in this direction.

Azhar Amanzholova, head of the regional branch of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan, spoke about the development of school and student self-government. She spoke about the absence in educational institutions of a mechanism that teaches schoolchildren and students to use and protect their rights.

“This entails low motivation for young people to participate in social activities,” said the speaker. - On average, a person studies for 25 years, but after leaving the walls of the organization of education, he often turns out to be completely helpless in real life. The optimal mechanism within the framework of youth and youth associations to replace various youth councils and committees can be a single structural model in the form of school and student parliaments.

Also, representatives of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan supported the initiative to hold a regional debate tournament, which will be held next year in the Irtysh region. The head of the region proposed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, Abylkair Skakov recalled that it is the youth that has always been and remains the driving force of the country, and therefore special attention is paid to its support in Pavlodar region.

“We will definitely help young entrepreneurs,” the akim emphasized. - It is not for nothing that the program to support beginning businessmen “Zhas-Halyk.Ertis” has started in our region, which has grown into the “Business Ertis” program, which is being implemented in six key areas. Of course, we would like our youth to be involved in mass sports. If young people are more active and more athletic, this will have a positive effect on the health index of Kazakhstanis in general. As for the work of youth resource centers, today their work is quite effective. However, a reboot is needed here in order to reach each young person personally, because young people have their own worries and problems. What are the young people doing in the countryside, especially in winter, when there is no sowing or harvesting campaign? Do they attend sports clubs or creative circles? All these questions need to be paid close attention, there can be no trifles here.

At the end of the meeting of the council, the akim of Pavlodar region awarded the laureates of the "Ertis Daryny" prize. In the nomination "Recognition of the Year", a young nail-stylist from Ekibastuz, Arulat Mukhametkali, was awarded. In the “Science and Innovation” nomination, a student of the Pavlodar school-lyceum№ 8 for gifted children Dinmukhamed Rakhimzhanov and a biology teacher from the specialized school “Zhas Daryn” Aidana Kisap took the lead. In the "Medicine" nomination, the winners were the head of the organizational and methodological department of the regional oncological dispensary Asel Askarova and the paramedic of the Pavlodar service 103 Saya Akparova. Arai Madirova, an engineer at the Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant, and Askar Nurgaliev, an engineer at the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant, were recognized as the best production workers. Olga Bugaeva, a correspondent of the Pavlodarnews.kz news agency, and Ayaulym Rakhimzhanova, editor-in-chief of the Ertis TV channel, were awarded in the Media nomination. Cleopatra Shomko, director of Spa salon Navi LLP, and Alexander Gagloyev, head of VIBE STUDIO LLP, won the Entrepreneurship nomination. In the "Sport" nomination, Shara Khamzina, a member of the national kickboxing team, and Erbolat Sabyr, silver medalist of the World Youth Boxing Championship, were noted. For active social activities, the prize was awarded to the teacher of the history of Pavlodar school No. 24 and the chairman of the youth wing of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Ramil Smailov and the head of the regional branch of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan Azhar Amanzholova. The head of the ethno-fusion group "Qagan" Yerasyl Adilbekov and a student of the Pavlodar College of Music Ruslan Galkeyev won in the nomination "Culture". In the nomination "Erligi Ushin" a student of the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Sh. Satpayev Malik Isenova, who saved a person's life. In the “Birligi Zharaskan” nomination, the awards went to the regional headquarters of student construction and youth teams “Zhasyl El”, the creative team of “Buka films” and the national kokpar team from Ekibastuz. Five public organizations were immediately noted for their contribution to the development of youth policy: the Jebe association, the League of Youth Projects youth public association, the Zhas Talap youth organization from the Uspensky district, the social volunteer center and the regional branch of the Zhas children's military-patriotic movement sarbaz ".
