Refined sunflower oil production launched in Pavlodar region

A new line was launched on the basis of Pavlodar Agrocomplex LLP on Independence Day.

The project was implemented within the framework of cooperation of a private investor with the social-entrepreneurial corporation "Pavlodar". Thanks to this, the region will finally start producing its own refined sunflower oil. The cost of the new production was about 185 million tenge.

“We are already processing 5 thousand tons of sunflower seeds per year, and thanks to the new line we will receive 960 tons of refined oil,” says Kirill Pechenkin, head of Pavlodar Agrocomplex LLP. - Previously, we refined our own products in Ust-Kamenogorsk, which affected its cost. Now we will carry out this procedure ourselves. We have already registered a new brand “Zhana May” and are supplying it to stores.

Together with the head of the company, the akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov pressed the symbolic button to start production. He wished the processors success and promised all kinds of support in case of expansion of production.
