Department of passenger transport and highways of Pavlodar region was headed by Kanat Kashkirov

The new leader has already been introduced to the staff of the department. It is worth noting that Kanat Kashkirov has experience as head of the department in charge of the road transport sector.

 

Kanat Kashkirov was born in the Pavlodar region in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from Pavlodar State University named after I. S. Toraigyrova with a degree in Civil Engineer-Technologist, and in 2003 - with a degree in Public Administration Manager. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology.

 

He began his career in 1995 as a construction site foreman. From 2002 to 2007 he worked in the positions of the chief specialist of the management of the improvement of Pavlodar, the department of industry and trade of the Pavlodar region, the department of entrepreneurship and industry of the Pavlodar region and the department of state architectural and construction control of the Pavlodar region. From 2007 to 2011, he was the head of the department for monitoring and analysis of construction at the department of state architectural and construction control of Pavlodar region, as well as director of the department of state architectural and construction control and licensing of Pavlodar region. In the period from 2011 to 2017, he headed the department of passenger transport and highways of the Pavlodar region, the department of state architectural and construction control of the Pavlodar region, which was later renamed into the department of state architectural and construction control. From 2017 to October 2021, he headed the Zhelezinsky district.
