Akim of Pavlodar region once again toured small and medium-sized businesses, talked with businessmen and learned about their problems and plans for the future.
In the sports club "Gladiators" the head of the region was told that a year ago, thanks to state support, they were able to expand their areas. Today, they can go in for sports in two spacious halls at once. The head of the club, Maxim Dubovoy, said that in addition to this, he plans to open a hall for judo lessons.
“Thank you for instilling a healthy lifestyle in people,” said Abylkair Skakov. - The trend for sports and physical education will continue, because a person cannot develop without it. Therefore, such projects need to be supported.
They stake on sports in the children's center "Growth Point", which was launched in the "Saryarka" microdistrict last year. Today, several sports sections function in its premises. There is also a kindergarten here. Due to the state order, 45 kids visit it. There are plans to get a government order for the same number of children, especially since the area of the center allows it.
- Our project was implemented thanks to the support of the regional program "Business Ertis", - said the director of the center Arman Isatayev. - In the near future, I would like to open three more small sports halls. There is a request for this.
The regional akim also visited flour mills. LLP "Aslan" has been engaged in grain processing since 1996. Since then, they have launched their own bakery and produce 25 types of bakery products. As for flour, most of it goes to the Pavlodar market, as well as to other regions of Kazakhstan. Upon receipt of orders, processors send flour for export.
Other millers - Inter Group LLP - launched an updated grain processing complex last year. Investments in the project amounted to 1 billion tenge. This enterprise became one of the signatories of the memorandum signed in order to stabilize prices for social bread. As soon as they receive raw materials from grain-growers, the processors will start producing cheaper flour.
“We will strictly control compliance with the terms of the memorandum,” the head of the region emphasized. - Our peasant farms sell grain at a fixed price, and processors, in turn, provide bakers with cheaper flour. As a result, we should receive social bread from the shelves of social stores at 95 tenge per bun.
On the basis of Promanalit LLP, the head of the region was presented with gas analytical equipment for environmental monitoring. The air emission control systems produced here are already used at Pavlodar CHP-2 and CHP-3 and other industrial enterprises.
“We implement all our projects on a turnkey basis,” said the director of the company Igor Isupov. - We have our own design institute of the first category, we ourselves produce equipment and software for it, we provide service on the basis of our laboratory.
At the enterprise, Abylkair Skakov was told about the lack of personnel. Today, eight students of the Innovative Eurasian University were hired here and hope that they will be able to turn them into their future employees. Akim advised entrepreneurs to cooperate more closely with colleges and universities of the region.
“Our educational institutions have received full autonomy and the ability to independently develop educational programs,” said the head of the region. - Therefore, business should form its personnel requests and address them to universities and colleges. For the implementation of dual education at enterprises, students can be admitted and retrained directly in production.
The personnel issue was raised before Abylkair Skakov in TAVI LLP, where mattresses are produced. Every day, up to 100-150 units of products are produced here, which are sold throughout Kazakhstan. In Pavlodar region, the company is one of the largest suppliers of mattresses.
In the workshops of Pavlodar Metiz Center LLP, Abylkair Skakov was presented with the production of hardware products, steel mesh and forged products. Here, the first in Kazakhstan installed equipment for thermal diffusion galvanizing of hardware. Today, the company plans to expand the range of products it produces and counts on government support.
