Production of building materials is gaining momentum in Pavlodar
Pavlodar resident Alexander Parkhomenko produces thermal panels, which allow to save heat by 50%. This is a modern way of decorating building facades. The entrepreneur also makes front decor: window frames, roof cornices, corner elements.
Their main advantage is energy saving, as well as easy and quick installation using special glue.
- Such thermal panels are extremely convenient to mount. At the same time, the terms of finishing the building are reduced. Also, 50mm panels in our harsh continental climate save 40 to 50 percent of heat. We use only locally sourced raw materials. A soft loan from the state helped me to start my business, - says Alexander Parkhomenko.
Thermal panels in the heat create cool comfort inside the house, and in the cold - keep warm. Heating costs are reduced accordingly. It is also pleasing that there are no additional costs for repair and restoration work. The panels can be easily installed on their own without involving construction crews.
Also in Pavlodar, the production of dry building mixtures was launched for the first time.
The new workshop will ensure the production of 360 thousand bags of building mixtures per year, including materials for leveling ceilings, tile glue, and plaster.
- Just a couple of months since we started work. Passed all the required certification. Started on the market with four products. A clientele has already appeared, because the price is much cheaper than analogues that are now on the market. And we reduced the cost of production due to the fact that we use raw materials of local origin for the manufacture of mixtures, - says the production manager Bauyrzhan Omarov.
According to the entrepreneur, the project was implemented from scratch in seven months. At the moment, seven jobs have been created. The new enterprise will simplify the supply of products to consumers in the region and increase sales in the growing market.
Let us remind you that active coverage of state support measures in Pavlodar region became available thanks to the BUSINESS ERTIS concept. The program in the region was presented at the beginning of 2021. It was developed to support entrepreneurs in the area and improve the business climate during a pandemic. They help entrepreneurs in solving problematic issues, implementing environmental measures, and launching social initiatives.
By the way, after the launch of this program, more than three times more projects on the "Business Roadmap-2025" were supported in the region than at the same time last year. In 2021, 7.6 billion tenge was allocated for the implementation of the State Program for Support and Development of Business "Business Road Map - 2025". To date, 1312 projects have been supported within the framework of the program. Since the beginning of the year, 47 projects for 7.4 billion tenge have been supported under the Economy of Simple Things program. And within the framework of the state program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship "Enbek" 64 businessmen were given loans for 545 million tenge.
