New akim appointed in Zhelezinsky district

Kanat Kashkirov was relieved of his post. The head of the Zhelezinsky region will now be Aytugan Shaykhimov, who was previously the secretary of the maslikhat of the Pavlodar region.

Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov thanked Kanat Kashkirov, who headed the Zhelezinsky district for four years, and wished him success in the future. After that, the head of the region presented to the district activists a new head, whose candidacy had been previously supported by the deputies of the regional maslikhat. He immediately set first-priority tasks for Aitugan Shaykhimov.

- An effective indicator of the development of the agro-industrial complex is a high level of processing of agricultural products, - said the regional akim. - Here it is necessary to attract new investments, work with existing farmers and introduce new processing technologies. In addition, given the potential of the Irtysh River, we must work with irrigated agriculture, putting unused land into circulation. Including thanks to this potential, this year in Pavlodar region, for the first time in 30 years of independence, more than 1 million tons of grain crops were harvested. This is plus 28% to last year's figure.

Abylkair Skakov also recalled the need to develop human capital. For this, the district will have to focus on all areas of education: additional, inclusive, technical and vocational education. In addition, the new leader will need to come to grips with the popularization and development of sports. The head of the region instructed to use the potential of the per capita financing program and to actively develop the sports infrastructure.

During the meeting with the district activist, the akim of Pavlodar region also congratulated the head of the Bashmachinsky rural district Meruert Madagulova, who took third place in the republican competition "The best rural akim".

Aytugan Shaykhimov was born in 1980 in Zhelezinsky district. Graduated from Pavlodar State University with a degree in "Teacher of the Kazakh language and literature", Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in State and Local Administration.

He began his career in 1998 as a teacher at the Enbekshinskaya school of the Zhelezinsky district. He was the deputy director of this educational institution. From 2004 to 2007 - editor, senior editor of the regional branch of JSC RTRK "Kazakhstan - Pavlodar". From 2007 to 2009 he worked in the apparatus of the akim of Pavlodar region and headed the press service of the head of the region. From 2009 to 2010, he was deputy director of the analytical information center at the internal policy department of Pavlodar region. From 2010 to 2012 - Deputy Akim for Social Issues of the Maysky District. From 2012 to 2017, he headed the apparatus of the maslikhat of the Pavlodar region. In April 2017, he was elected secretary of the VI convocation of the Pavlodar regional maslikhat.
