Per capita financing of sports and "Auyl-El besigi": Abylkair Skakov visited the May district on a working trip

The governor of Pavlodar region visited three villages and learned how the program of per capita financing of sports sections is being implemented in the district and how effectively the rural infrastructure is being restored.

The head of the region began a working detour with a children's and youth sports school in Koktobe. Today, the Youth Sports School itself and its rural branches are visited by almost 600 children who are engaged in wrestling, table tennis, football and other sports. Last year, the school renovated a running track and a full-size football field, where not only children but also adults train. Abylkair Skakov noted that, as in cities, it is necessary to introduce a system of per capita financing of sports sections in rural areas. However, this requires specialists.

- Today, the state allocates the necessary funding so that children all over the country are engaged in mass sports, - the mayor said. - Therefore, it is necessary to tell coaches and sports instructors about this possibility. Then there will be more clubs, which means that more children will be involved in sports. This, in turn, will increase the salary of specialists who educate young athletes.

In the district center, the head of the region also visited semi-detached houses under construction, erected under the "Nurly Zher" program. Abylkair Skakov demanded to control the quality of housing construction.

In the village of Kentubek, the akim of the region visited the building of the Zhaltyr secondary school, which had been idle for more than 20 years. All this time, the children were getting knowledge in an outbuilding standing nearby. This year, having received funding under the "Auyl-El Besigi" program, we started restoring the empty premises. The repair of the sports hall, which is part of the district youth sports school, has also begun here.

- Finally, attention was paid to these empty buildings, - local residents noted during a meeting with Abylkair Skakov. - It is also good that this year we have paved seven intra-village streets. We are very glad that our village is being transformed in practice.

In the village of Malaysary, the head of the region visited a mini-football field, which was installed at the expense of graduates of a local school as part of the "Tugan Zherge Tagzym"campaign. Today, rural children run and play ball on it.

- This is how our village should develop - both at the expense of the state, and by the forces of the local community, people from a particular locality, - Abylkair Skakov stressed. - If the budget finances the repair of social facilities and rural infrastructure, then residents and natives of the village who have such an opportunity could be engaged in landscaping and landscaping of the small homeland, installing children's and sports grounds. Such stories should be an example.

The governor of the region also talked with representatives of AgroExportPavlodar LLP. The farm is engaged in animal husbandry and provides operator services for the supply of purebred and breeding cattle. This year, the company delivered 1,000 heads of cattle for its own needs and 1,200 heads of cattle for other farmers. The livestock breeders plan to increase their own breeding stock, but for this they need more feed. To solve this problem, the company intends to lease additional hayfields. Abylkair Skakov instructed to support farmers and consider the possibility of cooperation with the farm as part of the supply of livestock from abroad.
