Akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov, who visited Aksu on a working visit, visited the construction site. On once issued to waiting lists, but not built-up sites started construction of 28 two-apartment houses. They will be inhabited by large families this autumn.

 

– This neighborhood has conducted all the necessary infrastructure, but not all the waiting made the buildings, so we began to confiscate land for the construction of rental houses – said the mayor Balgabay Ibrayev. – The rent for this housing will be from 2.5 to 5 thousand tenge. I must say that in the same neighborhood continue to build about 70 private owners. About 30 of them will put their houses into operation before the end of this year.
