250 million tenge will be allocated for the purchase of secondary housing for Ekibastuz large families

For large families who do not have their own homes, will get from 30 to 40 apartments. The akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov told about it during his working trip to Ekibastuz.

The meeting of the head of the region with mothers of Ekibastuz with many children was held in the educational and leisure complex “Kaynar”. As the Mayor noted, today in Pavlodar region a comprehensive approach to solving problems that concern large families.

“In our field of view, every large family in a difficult life situation, we have a social passport for each family,” he said. – In general, the region allocated 3.8 billion tenge to address the social needs of large families – these are the costs of visiting kindergartens, food, travel in public transport, rest in summer camps and the purchase of school supplies. However, the main issue is the housing problem, and we will also solve it progressively.

To date, the budget has already allocated 250 million tenge for the purchase of housing in the secondary market. Approximately 30-40 apartments as rental housing will be provided specifically for large families. This work will be carried out over the next three to four months. In addition, the plans for next year to begin the construction of semi-detached houses in one of the residential districts IZHS Ekibastuz. However, before that, the authorities need to build communications for the heating of this neighborhood. Bulat Bakauov also said that the authorities of the region are negotiating with representatives of the Samruk-Kazyna foundation on transferring empty high-rise buildings in the village of Solnechny to the local executive bodies, which were once built for future employees of the third power plant GRES-2.

By the way, today in the queue for housing is 233 mothers of many children.
