The basic law of our country is, first of all, a solid foundation for the unity and consent of Kazakhstanis. Based on the principles of democracy and aimed at creation, it guarantees us freedom of choice and the realization of our own rights. The provisions of the Constitution are also the basis for the development of all institutions in Kazakhstan, which appeared not so long ago, given the age of our republic, but have already strengthened and found their place in the international arena. One of these institutions is civil society. This is an integral part of any strong state. And I sincerely wish further development and prosperity to our public figures and representatives of the non-governmental sector.
