Abylkair Skakov held a personal reception of citizens

During the next personal reception, the issues of building Pavlodar and supporting people with special needs were raised before the governor of the region. In particular, Elena Plaksina, a resident of the May district, met with Abylkair Skakov via videoconference. The mother of a special child asked to support her project-the opening of a social cafe in the village of Koktobe.

- Unfortunately, today in rural areas, mothers raising special children have practically nowhere to go, - Elena Plaksina shared. - In 2019, I opened a gaming and entertainment center in Koktobe. Once we gathered parents with children who need special care at the same table, and this meeting became a real holiday. Not all of them can go to the regional center with their child and help him socialize in society. So the idea came up to open a social cafe where we could hold meetings and celebrate birthdays. In this way, we will provide moral support to such families.

According to this and other appeals made, the head of the region gave instructions to the competent departments, the progress of their execution is under the control of the akim's office of the region.
