The Construction Department of Pavlodar region was headed by Kadylzhan Satiyev

Kadylzhan Satiyev was born in 1985 in Pavlodar. In 2007, he graduated from Pavlodar State University. Toraighyrov graduated in the specialty "Industrial and civil Construction and urban Economy", and in 2013 - from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics in the specialty "Economics and Business".

He started his career in 2005 in "Motif-Bolashak" LLP. Since July 2008 - Construction Engineer of Stroymarket LLP. In February 2009, he joined the civil service as an acting chief specialist of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Pavlodar region. For more than eight years, he worked in this department in various positions: chief specialist, head of the department and deputy head of the department. In July 2017, he headed the Department of Subsoil Use, Environment and Water Resources and worked in this position until his new appointment.
