The head of the region inspected the repair of city streets, visited the construction of new houses in the Saryarka microdistrict and learned about the architects ' plans for the reconstruction of the entrance group on Chemical towns.

In addition, the head of the region was dissatisfied with the quality of the asphalt pavement on the already restored section of the road from Tolstoy Street to Lunacharsky Street and instructed to eliminate the shortcomings.
Abylkair Skakov got acquainted with the construction of four nine-storey buildings in the Saryarka microdistrict. Two of them are planned to be presented this month, two - in September. Now there is a question with the improvement of the courtyard territories of new buildings, which does not coincide in terms with the construction of houses. The head of the region demanded that such shortcomings should not arise in the future when designing housing construction.
- It is necessary that there is a synchronicity between the delivery of the house and the construction of the courtyard territory, - he noted. - To do this, you need to plan your budget correctly. Another problematic point is the engineering infrastructure. We have already had a similar experience with the Dostyk microdistrict, where the lack of connection to the heat supply negatively affected the interior of the house. In the field of housing construction, we must switch to a turnkey system.
On Krivenko Street, the mayor inspected the reconstruction of the TM-31 heating main. Worn-out pipes are replaced with more modern networks, the service life of which is 50 years. The object is promised to be handed over by September 10. The modernization will increase the thermal capacity of the TM-31 by 30 Gcal. This will make it possible to connect new consumers to the heating main.
Abylkair Skakov was also told about the plans for the improvement of the entrance group on Chemical towns. The proposed concept provides for the decoration of high-rise buildings adjacent to the interchange, the arrangement of walking areas along Bayan Batyr Street and the design of recreation near the Bayan Batyr monument.
- As for public spaces, they need to be designed taking into account the modern requirements of urbanism. Of course, it is impossible to do this in one year, but we can divide this work into several stages. And it is absolutely necessary to discuss all our plans with the city community, " Abylkair Skakov instructed.
The governor of the region also visited the courtyard of houses on Astana, 7, Ak. Satpayev, 32 and Toraigyrov, 59 streets. According to numerous appeals of citizens, a 3.6 thousand square meter platform will be rolled into asphalt here and parking will be arranged.
