The governor of Pavlodar region inspected the implementation of the "Auyl – El besigi" program, got acquainted with the plans for housing construction in the district and talked with local forage collectors and farmers.
The head of the region visited the recreation area on Lake Maraldy. Since the beginning of the season, about 20 thousand people have already visited here, observing sanitary and epidemiological requirements. According to Gulmira Otargalieva, the head of the joint venture with the SEC "Pavlodar", 1000 sun beds, 9 canopies, 30 pavilions for trade, showers and bathrooms are installed on the shore of the reservoir. Thanks to the launch of the recreation area, 12 new individual entrepreneurs appeared here, and about 60 people got jobs at once.
- Staff and entrepreneurs are the local population. They are exempt from rent, - Gulmira Otargalieva said. - In July, the number of yurts installed on the shore increased dramatically. I think there will be no problems with those who want to work for Maraldy next year.
In the next two years, Maraldy plans to expand the coastal zone, install an outdoor swimming pool, build a full-fledged cafe and arrange places for round-the-clock stay.
- Compared to what was here a year ago, there are serious changes, - said Abylkair Skakov. - The basic conditions for tourists have been created, and the development of the recreation area should be continued. It is important that jobs are opened here and local residents can do business.
In the district center, the akim of Pavlodar region visited the immigrants who received apartments in new houses under the "Enbek" program. Sholpan Bodan, having found housing, was able to open her own business. Oralkhan Zhumabek is also engaged in business, producing bricks for construction needs.
- They met us well, - say the new residents of the Shcherbaktinsky district. - The quality of the houses suits us, everything you need for life is here. Now we are already preparing for the winter: we are stocking up on firewood and feed for livestock.
They intend to rent housing in the village of Sharbakty not only at the expense of new construction. A building has been idle in the district center for several years, which is now being planned to be reconstructed. It is expected that after this, 21 families who are in the housing queue will celebrate the housewarming. In addition, in the district center in 2022 and 2023, they intend to build three 24-apartment residential buildings at once. Their guests will also be waiting lists.
In the fields near the village of Malinovka, the head of the region met with forage collectors. Farmers have already removed 70% of the hay that will be needed in winter and during the off-season. According to them, this summer the quality of herbs is higher than last year. Abylkair Skakov recalled that this year it was decided to support farmers: starting next week they will begin to receive cheaper fuel, the cost of which is almost 25% lower than the market. In addition, since October, feeders will receive subsidies.
- These measures contribute to the regulation of hay pricing, - said the governor of the region. - Most of the stored feed is needed in private farmsteads. I have no doubt that our peasant farms will be able to provide themselves with feed, but it is important for us to help with the preparation of feed for the villagers in order to prevent a decrease in the number of livestock.
The head of the region Abylkair Skakov also talked with the plant growers of the district. Over the past three years, the acreage has been increased from 150 thousand to 200 thousand hectares. Land that had been idle for decades was also involved in agricultural turnover.
- This year the grain harvest should be better than last year - up to 10 quintals per hectare, - said Nikolay Afanasyev, a representative of Pobeda LLP. - If we talk about oilseeds, then another good rain would not hurt. In general, the situation for sunflower is also better than in 2020.
In the village of Arbaigen, the head of the region visited the site, which became a place of attraction for all local residents. Last year, Murat Abishev, a native of the village, who is now engaged in entrepreneurship in Nur-Sultan, planted an orchard and equipped a playground for his fellow countrymen.
Abylkair Skakov also appreciated the development of infrastructure in the village of Shaldai. This year, the arboretum was opened here by the forces of the natural reserve "Ertis Ormany" and local residents. According to the "Auyl-El besigi" program, four main streets are being paved in the village, which is more than five kilometers of roads. In the coming days, the reconstruction of the house of culture will begin in Shaldai. The residents themselves noted the activity of repair and construction works and the transformation of the village during the meeting with the akim of the region.
- To ensure the quality of work performed by contractors, it is necessary to organize a public monitoring group, which could primarily include you, the elders of the village, - Abylkair Skakov said in a conversation with the villagers.
In addition, this year in the Shcherbakty district, they are solving the problem with access to one of the main attractions – the mausoleum of Gabdul-Wahit hazret. Every year hundreds of pilgrims come to the sacred place, but the road to it was broken. Today, 12 kilometers of the access road have been leveled and covered with rubble. A parking lot was paved on the site in front of the mausoleum.
