Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov congratulated the metallurgists on their industrial achievement.
The milestone of three million tons of primary aluminum was reached at the plant for almost 14 years. KEZ produced the first million tons of its own products six years after the launch in 2007. Four years later, metallurgists were given the second millionaire, and last year for the plant turned out to be a record one - in a year, 265 thousand tons of metal were produced here at once.
All these significant events were witnessed by the non-ferrous metal caster Askar Nurpeisov, whose shift produced another anniversary ton of aluminum.
“I have been working here for 13 years and I remember the establishment of the enterprise, from which the production began,” says an employee of the plant. - Time flew by quickly, and now we are casting a three-millionth ton of aluminum. For me personally, this is a great joy; I will tell my grandchildren about this event.
A commemorative plaque on the anniversary package of winged metal was attached by the akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov and the president of the Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant Serik Donbekbaev. For the next production victory, the head of the region thanked the entire team of the enterprise.
- Thanks to you and your selfless work, the Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant is the flagship of the domestic metallurgy. Today, aluminum produced in Pavlodar is exported to 9 countries of the world, that is, the results of your work are known and in demand far beyond the borders of our country. We have big plans for the development of the aluminum cluster, which means that new victories await all of us, - Abylkair Skakov addressed the factory workers. - I wish you and your loved ones good health and prosperity.
As they say at the enterprise, if you put all the packages with the aluminum produced here in one line, then this "thread" will be able to pave a road connecting the three European capitals - Berlin, Paris and Madrid. Three million tons of winged metal will be enough to manufacture structures for more than 100,000 Boeing 737 passenger aircraft.
