Dear residents of Pavlodar region! I sincerely congratulate you on March 8! May this holiday and the new spring bring even more warmth and good news!

You are in the majority in our region - according to statistics, almost 40 thousand more than men. Along with them, and often much more actively, you contribute to the development of the region in various directions. You run your own business, work in production, serve the state, promote the growth of agriculture, health care, education and all other industries. Your activity is multifaceted, each of you has a unique story, but you are invariably united by the desire to make the world better and more beautiful. You are great at it!
⠀
I wish you and your loved ones good health, prosperity and inexhaustible energy to conquer new heights!
⠀
With thanks,
Akim of Pavlodar region A. Skakov
