The heads appointed in the new departments

The Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Innovative Development was headed by Aibek Tursyngaliyev, Department of Religious Affairs - Daulet Zakaryanov, Department of Digital Technologies - Bektas Dautekov.

Daulet Zakaryanov was born in 1959. In 1993 he graduated from Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting, in specialty - “sociology”. His first place of employment was the department of internal policy of Pavlodar city akim’s office as a consultant. From 1998 to 2001 he was the head of the Department of Information and Public Consent of the Pavlodar region. From 2001 to 2003 he worked in Pavlodar region akim’s office, Departments of Culture and Internal Policy of the region. In 2003 he was deputy director of the Department of Internal Policy. He has worked there for 7 years. From 2010 to 2011 Daulet Zakaryanov was the head of the Department of Religious Affairs of the region, from 2012 to 2015 - chief inspector in the Pavlodar region akim’s office. From 2015 to 2019 he was the head of the Department of Religious Affairs of the region. From 2019 to the present - deputy head of the Department of Information and Social Development of Pavlodar region.

Aibek Tursyngaliyev was born in 1988. In 2008 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan College of Business and Law, in specialty – “jurisprudence”, in 2013 - East Kazakhstan Regional University, in specialty – “jurisprudence”. In 2015 he received the degree of master in economics and business at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovative University. In 2010 he started his professional career in the Building Corporation “Kulager” LP (Astana), from 2011 to 2014 he worked in “Petroleum consultants” LP and “Nur-Suat” LP. From 2014 to 2017 he was a manager in the department of financial and technical analysis of special economic zones of “National Export and Investment Agency “KAZNEX INVEST” JSC (Asatana). From 2017 to 2018 he was deputy and first deputy chairman of the board in "Management company of the special economic zone «Оңтүстік» JSC. In 2018 he was the head of "Management company of the special economic zone "Pavlodar". In 2019 he was acting advisor to akim of Ekibastuz city. In October 2019 he started working in “National Company “Kazakh Invest” JSC. There he worked as the director of the department of interaction with the regions and then managing director. In October 2020 he was the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of Pavlodar region.

Bektas Dautekov was born in 1988. In 2010 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.Satpayev, in specialty – “radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications” and in 2014 - MA course at the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, in specialty - “information systems”. In 2010 he started his professional career as a senior consultant in the Center for training and advanced training of specialists in the field of information security in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2012 to 2017 he worked in “Kazakhtelecom” JSC, including the Pavlodar branch. His last place of employment - head of the department for the development of information technologies and information security in Pavlodar region akim’s office.
