Kairzhan Baizhanov headed the Department of Veterinary of Pavlodar region

Kairzhan Baizhanov was born in 1976. In 1998 he graduated from Semipalatinsk Zooveterinary Institute, in 2020 - NCJSC "Narxoz University", in specialty - “economics”.

In 1998 he started his professional career as a veterinarian in the rural district of Valikhanovo of Zhelezinka area. From 2002 to 2006 he worked as a specialist in the Pavlodar district administration of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2006 to 2010 - chief specialist, head of the sector of the department of agriculture of Pavlodar city. From 2010 to 2014 he was the head of the department of veterinary of Pavlodar area. From 2014 to 2016 he worked as first deputy chairman of the Pavlodar district branch of the party “Nur Otan”, then – a secretary of the Pavlodar district maslikhat.

From 2017 to 2019 Kairzhan Baizhanov was the head of the Department of Veterinary of the region. In 2019 after the abolition of the government agency, he was deputy akim of Shcherbakty area. It was his last place of employment. It will be recalled that the Department of Veterinary has been opened again in early 2020 in accordance with the veterinary law.
