As the vice director of Standard 27, LLP Yerkebulan Mussabekov says the company has signed the memorandum on cooperation with a Russian company which is going to produce pharmaceuticals at the premises of the wine plant.

– They have already obtained the license for this business and opened the branch in Pavlodar, – he said. – However, due to the situation with the confiscated alcohol they are not able to begin their work.

The head of the region gave the task to fix the problem and begin the implementation of the project for pharmaceutical plant start-up.
