617 people moved to Pavlodar region within the program “Nurly Ertis»

On the implementation of the program “Nurly Ertis” during the report to the deputies of maslikhat told akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov. He noted that all immigrants are provided with housing and work, and children are arranged in kindergartens and schools.

– For moving involved new housing in Ekibastuz, built by bond loans, – said the head of the region. – For a long time, apartments in these houses could not be sold even with a reduction in the cost of housing to 100 thousand tenge per square meter. Next year we will continue to implement the program “Nurly Ertis”. This year, funds have been allocated from the local budget for the construction of 14 houses in the cities of Ekibastuz and Aksu. To continue construction in 2020, about 8 billion tenge is required. The issue of financing is being resolved.

Akim of Pavlodar region said that ensuring social stability is a priority in the socio-economic policy of the region. That is why more than 52 billion tenge has been allocated from the budget to improve the welfare of residents and address social issues. More than 15 thousand people receive social assistance in the region. Targeted social assistance in the new format has been paid to 5,919 families, and children from large and poor children are provided with free meals in schools, travel and visits to kindergartens.

“Assistance to the needy should encourage them to engage in the economy,” Bulat Bakauov reminded. – There should be no growth of dependent sentiments among the population. An effective mechanism in this should be not a one-time assistance, but employment, retraining and lending to start their own business. I draw the attention of all mayors of cities and districts.

Young people of Pavlodar region can count on special support. Within the framework of the regional project “Zhas Sheber” in each rural district selected 15 young people who plan to do business. Each of them will be provided with maximum assistance in the implementation of their projects.    In the year of youth, we moved away from flash mobs and one-time actions. We took special control over the activities of youth resource centers in cities and districts of the region.

– We create all conditions for self-realization of young people, implement state programs, develop business initiatives, support youth startups. – stressed akim of Pavlodar region. – At the same time, there is a fairly large number of young people who are not covered by systematic work. We must engage the underserved youth in proactive activities.
