Akim of Pavlodar region: Waste is unacceptable

About frugal approach to budget money akim of Pavlodar region expressed during a report to deputatam maslikhat. Bulat Bakauov even gave examples of wastefulness on the part of state bodies.

– In Bayanaul district and the city of Aksu money for the purchase of textbooks was not laid, but provided funds for repairs of service housing, – said the head of the region. – In the May district in the village of Koktobe, poor-quality design was revealed, there are differences in the project with the estimated documentation, where the main pipes are laid with a total length of 14 kilometers, although in fact it is necessary to 24 kilometers, work on dewatering is not taken into account, the supply of pipes to the houses is taken into account for 400 houses, but in fact in the village of 1083 houses, and so on.  Such waste is not acceptable. We must achieve the final result in the implementation of projects.

By the way, the budget is 252 billion tenge. In comparison with 2016, it increased by 1.5 times, or 86 billion tenge. At the same time, the development budget has grown almost 4 times and today exceeds 61 billion tenge. In the first half of the year, the region provided revenues to the state budget in the amount of 137 billion tenge, of which 59% or 80.5 billion tenge is sent to the Republic.
