From 2013 to 2016, he served as Director of the Department of Regional Monitoring and Evaluation of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan . From 2016 to April 2019, he was Deputy Head of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Industrial Development and Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Head of the Secretariat of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
