Akims of the cities and areas of Pavlodar region told about the measures for improvement of the epidemiological situation

“The cities and areas of the region are in the "red" zone. In the “yellow” zone – May area.
There was an increase in CVI in 5-6 times in Aktogay area, in 4 times in Bayanaul area and from 9.5 to 12.4 times in Uspenka area. Bayanaul area entered the "red" zone”, the head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Batyrbek Aliyev said.
Akims of the cities and areas told what measures had been taken to prevent the increase in the coronavirus infection. For example, 10 additional buses started running in Aksu. So, passengers will be able to keep social distance in public transport. Germicidal lamps must be in all shops, salons and other places, which provide services.
Mobile and stationary sanitary posts have been installed in the areas of the region. Entry into Terenkol area and exit out of it were restricted in three settlements, including in the district center. “Today we have reduced the traffic flow by 46%”, the head of the area Nurbolat Makashev noted.
“The necessary measures are taken. The main thing is to control their proper implementation. It is needed to monitor the work of the monitoring groups”, akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov said.
The next issue, discussed in the meeting, was using the state language in the government agencies of the region. The head of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives Samal Begalinova told about the compliance with the relevant legislation.
“The monitoring of the websites of the departments of the region, city and district akimats was carried out for compliance with the languages legislation. Recommendations for eliminating the defects were provided for the first heads. In particular, the information is available only in Russian on the main page of the website of akimat of Akkuly area. The name of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Construction is also written only in the Russian language. The biographies of akims of some rural districts of Pavlodar area are written only in Russian”, she said.
Over the past three years 1010 civil servants of the region have taken the Kazakh language courses. Akim of the region have raised the issue about the quality of these courses, which are organized in 34 private centers.
“To popularize the state language is the common task of all civil servants. First of all, we need to start with ourselves. All first heads should give an example to their colleagues using the Kazakh language in their work and daily life”, Abylkair Skakov added.
Akim of the region charged to analyze the effectiveness of the system of teaching the state language, used in the region, within 10 days as well as to make the proposals to prevent violations of the language legislation in the government agencies.
