The head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Motor Roads appointed

Marat Zenov was born in 1983 in Irtysh area. In 2006 he graduated from Pavlodar State University of S.Toraigyrov, in 2010 - Innovative University of Eurasia. He is an engineer-economist and Master of Local Government.

From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a chief specialist of the technical department of highways in the Department of Passenger Transport and Motor Roads of Pavlodar region. From 2009 to 2012 he was the head of the technical department of highways in that department.

From 2012 to 2013 - chief expert of the Department of Finance and Investment Projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2013 he was a leading and chief specialist in the audit commission of Pavlodar region.

From 2014 to 2015 he worked as deputy head of the Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region. From 2015 to 2016 - head of the expenditure control department of the regional audit commission.  

From 2016 to 2019 he headed the department of public utilities, passenger transport and motor roads in Aksu. From 201 to 2020 he worked as deputy akim of Terenkol area.

From June,2020 to October,2020 he was the head of the department of public utilities, passenger transport and motor roads of Pavlodar. Since October 2020 to present he headed the public procurement department of the regional center.
