An expanded meeting of the Council on youth policy was held in Pavlodar

Opening the meeting, the mayor of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov emphasized that he was making a big bet on the youth. In Irtysh region are ready to support any initiatives of young people, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. The head of the region even proposed to introduce the specialty “Basics of entrepreneurship” in rural colleges.

– We have repeatedly raised the issue of employment of graduates of our rural vocational schools, – said the mayor. – Why should we produce, for example, cooks, if they ultimately do not get a job or are not in demand in the market? Let’s better teach our young people the basics of entrepreneurship. If a young man studies entrepreneurship for three years, we will get a ready-made businessman.

To support business ideas, budding entrepreneurs in Pavlodar region are ready to issue grants in the amount of more than half a million tenge. Total for the region provided about 500 grants.

Also during the dialogue in Pavlodar, they offered to open a branch of the Bolashak Association. The scholarship holder of the international scholarship, Yerzhan Dosymzhanov, who today works in the prosecution authorities, said that there are more than 200 people trained in this program in the region.

“Thus, a platform will be created for the already unlearned“ Bolashakers ”, where they will be able to meet, and applicants for an international scholarship, who will be able to learn about the intricacies of enrollment and study, said Yerzhan Dosymzhanov. – Unfortunately, so far there is no such platform in the region.

Leaders of the republican youth organizations who participated in the meeting of the council noted that there are very active and advanced youth in Pavlodar region. This is facilitated by the fact that for the creative development and recreation of young people create quality conditions.

“Two weeks ago I was in Pavlodar and got to the concert of Irina Dubtsova, which took place on the stage of“ Ertis Promenade ”, – said the chairman of the public fund“ League of Volunteers ”Aisulu Yerniyazova. “Now I know that within this project different stars come to you every weekend. Probably, Pavlodar residents still do not realize how lucky they are, because in other regions of the country they only dream of such.

At the end of the meeting Bulat Bakauov said that a special award for youth “Ertis Daryny” was established in the region. Her prize fund will be at least 10 million tenge. In addition, the head of the region awarded a certificate for the purchase of musical equipment to the leadership of the regional center for the development of youth initiatives. Thanks to this, a vocal-instrumental group will be created on the basis of the Center.
