Abylkair Skakov met with representatives of the creative intelligentsia of the region

The meeting with the writers, artists and workers of culture and art was held in the format of exchange of views and proposals.

It took place in the regional art museum. The facade and interior finish, which had not been repaired in 1979 for the last time, were overhauled this year under the program “Employment Roadmap”. Representatives of the arts intelligentsia also noted the effectiveness of the implementation of "ERM" in the region.

“I did not remember such repairs of the cultural facilities in the region. The auxiliary rooms of our theater has not been repaired for more than 100 years, the children's library on Lunacharsky street in Pavlodar has not been overhauled for 50 years. I would like to express gratitude to you for the work, you have done”, the director and artistic director of Drama Theater named after A.Chekhov Victor Avvakumov said.

The well-known akyn and composer Asygat Turganbek proposed to resurrect the tradition of organization of aitys in Pavlodar region. According to the head of the school of young poets «Желдірме», there are many talented people in the region. They need a stable platform to develop their potential.

“Our aityskers always win prizes at the republican competitions. In the past aitys was held in the Creative House "Shanyrak".  In 2015 our compatriot Aspanbek Shugatayev won the grand prize of the prestigious republican competition «Алтын домбыра». I would like to organize aitys in Pavlodar region”, Asygat Turganbek noted.

The Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Victor Denisenko, who teaches at the Pavlodar Music College, told about the necessity to support creative young peopl.

“Over the past two months our children have participated in six prestigious international competitions online. They have won 3 grand prizes, 4 first places, 5 second and 2 third places. It is the great victory for us and we are proud of our students. It is very important to pay attention to children who are engaged in art. Today, they are ready to take part in the competitions and prove that our region is the leader in music”, he said.

The actor of the Musical Drama Theater named after Zh.Aimautov Talzhibek Atambek said that the theater, whose workers had received the best awards in the field of culture and art, earned the title “academic”. The writer, poet and journalist Arman Kani proposed to start publishing the newspaper "Irtysh  didary" and books by the poets of Pavlodar region.

The head of the region promised to consider and take into account all proposals of the creative intelligentsia.

“I understand that there are many problems in culture and art. We take into account all your proposals and try to implement them together with you. I congratulate you on the coming New Year and I wish you and your families good health and prosperity”, akim of the region stressed.

At the end of the meeting all participants saw the reconstructed museum in which there were the works of the Pavlodar and Kazakh painters.
