Akim of Pavlodar region demanded that builders support local producers

– There should be no ebony furniture until our furniture makers produce quality furniture,” he said. – Unfortunately, today there is a huge gap between our builders and producers of goods. The former do not want to run after the latter and vice versa. Builders may not be satisfied with the proposed price, and manufacturers do not like that Pavlodar contractors do not buy their products. In the end, it turns out that we are carrying the pipe from the Karaganda region, and the sandwich panels from Russia, although both of them are produced. Therefore, our task is to “marry” our builders with manufacturers.

Another problem is that builders do not know what kind of goods they produce in the region. For example, in a special economic zone, LLP “SNN” is engaged in foundry, whose products are in demand in East Kazakhstan. Another company, RTF PVL LLP, produces shells that could be installed in apartments being built in Pavlodar.

– Now active construction is underway in the Saryarka microdistrict, construction work begins in the Dostyk microdistrict, and a training center is being built in Ekibastuz for training personnel for the fuel and energy complex,” the akim noted. – It is possible to consider the option for Pavlodar shells to be installed on newly constructed facilities.

According to business representatives, Pavlodar builders and manufacturers should be engaged in the so-called self-control. The oblast akim instructed the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Nur Otan Party to be connected to this work.

“The whole commission, headed by representatives of the regional construction management, can go to any object, having checked both the local content and the quality of construction work,” said Vladimir Bobrov, head of Kazenergokabel JSC. – The commission must include both builders and manufacturers. The same road builders know who uses what materials in their work. And when they see that the wrong bitumen or the wrong rubble is being used in construction, they will be able to signal this themselves.

By the way, after several similar meetings in the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, which were held by the regional akim, in housing construction in the regional center they began to use polystyrene foam produced in Pavlodar. Before that, contractors insulated houses under construction with mineral wool purchased in other regions of the country or abroad.

– The whole snag was that the designers did not put polystyrene foam into the high-rise construction project,” says the head of Stirol LLP Valery Simakov. “Now work has been done on redesigning the design and estimate documentation for several houses, and we can supply our products to general contractors. Today, for example, Zhardem LLP is already taking our polystyrene, other construction companies also intend to cooperate with us.
