“SEZ “Pavlodar” offered to produce special chemical reagents and heating components using carbon”, said in the meeting, held by akim of Pavlodar region with investors.

Representatives of “Production Association ASCOR” LP proposed to produce special chemical reagents. “Our products are used in water treatment and for some technological processes, for example, in mining and oil-refining industry, non-ferrous metallurgy and other industries.

Among the products there are composite coagulants, inhibitors and defoaming agents”, the head of the company Sergey Voropayev noted.

Design estimates are under development. It is planned to complete its implementation in 2018. The enterprise, working today in the north of the industrial zone, expects to produce 1.5 th tons of products per year and create 20 new workplaces. The company is ready to spend about KZ 75 mln per year for promotion of its goods.

The head of “Scientific and production association “Karbon” LP Igor Kogay told about one more project – production of a flexible heating element using carbon-graphite and finished products from it. Bulat Bakauov was interested in the idea and suggested to use the products of the entrepreneurs – warm floors in the houses, built for state employees in rural areas. Perhaps, the company will take part in the construction of the Aksu station of young naturalists.

By the way, it is necessary about KZ 30-40 mln to start the production, however, the initiators have no security assets to obtain a loan.

“It is a very interesting project, so you need to find a way to finance it. It can be support through “Damu” Fund or, for example, socio-entrepreneurial corporation “Pavlodar”, Bulat Bakauov noted.
