The head of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” Timur Kulibayev visited Pavlodar with a working trip. He and akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov took part in the enlarged meeting of the regional Council of Entrepreneurs.

Before the meeting Timur Kulibayev and Bulat Bakauov paid a visit to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant where they were told about modernization of the enterprise and regional branch “Halyk Bank” JSC.

Then they went to the co-working center of Pavlodar State University. The guests were presented the active start-up projects. The head of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs got the gift – tie. The young entrepreneur Rimma Kovaleva, author of the project “Rimmini” gave the present. She has already sold about 1000 designer accessories for three years.

After Timur Kulibayev and Bulat Bakauov took part in the enlarged meeting of the regional Council of Entrepreneurs. The head of the Chamber “Atameken” told about “Bastau Business” program, training rural people with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, which should cover about 30000 young businessmen all over Kazakhstan.

“Bastau” program has supported by the government. KZ 1.2 bln have been allocated for it. Businessmen will be trained in 80 areas of Kazakhstan. We hope that the coverage will be 30000 people. One of our tasks is to help villagers to solve the problems of cooperation, obtain credits, equipment on lease, purchase seeds, fertilizers. In your region there is the good experience in supporting rural entrepreneurs. It is clear that the development of the region is impossible without attracting new investments, but, unfortunately, one of the problems is the lack of financing. We have already worked on it”, Timur Kulibayev said.
