Akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov held a meeting with the investors who wanted to invest in the development of the economy of the region. One of them told that he could not start construction of a roadside complex, because of the land dispute.

The representative of PE “Zhumadil” said that could not get the right to use the land near Karabay village of Aksu rural are during six months. The entrepreneurs invested about KZ 28 mln in purchase of building materials and necessary equipment for the construction.

“All technical specifications have already obtained from “PREK”JSC and “KazAutoZhol” JSC. It turned out that the claim was raised in the court”, Rinat Akanov said.

Akim of the region gave a week to solve the land issue.

“What are you talking about, if you cannot give the land to the entrepreneur? He can go to another area”, akim noted.

By the way, the businessmen plan to build a hotel for 25 people, café for 12 seats, store, health center and bathhouse on 3 hectares. The total cost of the project is KZ 200 mln.
