The meeting was held in the regional akimat. “The company, which was opened not so long ago, studied the international experience in attracting investments and would adapt it in our country. Workers of the company are ready to draw up documents for a businessman who wants to invest in Kazakhstan. For this purpose, each region of the republic will have its own regional representative of the company”, executive vice president of “Kazakh Invest”, Birzhan Kaneshev said.

“In the world there is about US 2 trillion of free money and we must create all conditions to spend them in Kazakhstan. It is not the easy task, because about 500 international agencies compete for the money and no one will bring the money to our country. By the way, we have visited the office of the local agency for attracting investments and I can say that this is the only experience in Kazakhstan. This is a very effective structure that will support our project office, including structuring projects”, he added.

By the way, representatives of the transnational corporation “Trafigura” (primary products trade) were participants of the meeting. They said that they would consider any scheme of cooperation with investors in Kazakhstan.

“The first task of all government agencies in this case is to help and not prevent investors. We have many investors – on average10 investors for the region, so, we have to tend them need”, akim of Pavlodar region noted.
