A new sport and fitness complex was presented in Evgenyevka village of the rural area of Aksu. Akimof Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov took part in its opening, which was dedicated to the Day of Astana.
The sport and fitness complex consists of the playground, wrestling room as well as mini football field and training ground, located in the adjacent territory. The construction of the facility was about KZ 160 mln.

“We were interested what the sports center would be. I am glad that now our sportsmen will train here”, the pupil Valentina Dmitrienko said.

The head of the region gave the certificate – KZ 1 mln to the sportsmen for purchase of sports equipment. According to akim, today Evgenyevka village is the exemplary village.

“Not so long ago we went to Belarus with a working trip. There such villages are called agro-towns. After all landscaping works here, Evgenyevka village can also be called the agro-town. I know that villagers have dreamt of the sport complex for long. I am confident that young people will make us happy with their sports achievements”, B.Bakauov said.

The head of the region also paid a visit to the greenhouse complex which was under construction. Tomatoes will be grown here according to the Dutch technology. The project cost is KZ 1.2 bln.

“35 villagers with the licensed specialists from Russia will work here. We negotiate with the representatives of the Omsk Agrarian University, so that they will send us two graduates, who have come from Pavlodar region to study. In the first year we plan to have up to 55 kg of tomatoes from 1m2. Taking into account the fact that the equipment has not yet tested and our specialists will learn to work with it, I think it is a good result. In the second year we will increase the yield to 65-70 kg”, the founder of “Aksu greenhouse complex” LP Mukhtar Mirakhmedov said.
It is scheduled to plant first tomatoes at the end of September and gather in November. The head of the greenhouse has assured that Aksu tomatoes will be much cheaper and better than those vegetables that are imported to the region from abroad.
