Bakytzhan Sagintayev familiarized with technological modernization of machine-building plants in Pavlodar region

During the working trip to Pavlodar region, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan BakytzhanSagintayev visited the plant for production of railway axles and formation of wheel sets of “R.W.S. Wheelset”and the plantproducingswitches and railway wheels of “Prommashkomplekt” LP, correspondent of pavlodarnews.kz reports. The director of “R.W.S. Wheelset” Alexander Slobodov reported on the work of a complex of high-technology processing and measuring equipment, systems of manipulation and automation of production processes. According to the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the production capacity of “R.W.S. Wheelset” LP – 10000 wheel sets and 32000 railway axles per year. As part of the implementation of the modernization program 3.0, the company plans to expand the range of produced wheel pairs and finishing axles.

The president of “NC”KTZh” JSC KanatAlpysbayev reported on the demand for the products manufactured by “R.W.S. Wheelset”, which is provided by “NC “KTZh” JSC and car-repair enterprises of the republic with railway axes and wheel pairs for freight cars. In this connection, “NC “KTZh” JSC took a protocol decision on conclusion of the long-term contract for supply of railway axles and wheel sets until 2020.

The director of “Prommashkomplekt” ArturKhachaturyan reported on the measures taken to intensify production, increase labor productivity and competitiveness of the products. Within modernization 3.0 “Prommashkomplekt” in early 2018 it is expected to launch new capacities. Modernization of wheel production provides for additional creation of about 400 workplaces.
