Bakytzhan Sagintayev discussed the topical issues for business community in Pavlodar

“Measures of the state financial and legislative support and issues of further improvement of the businessenvironment were the main themes of the meeting”, the official site of the Prime Minister primeminister.kz informed. The talk was about reducing the number of inspections and requirements and optimizing the processes of issuing permits and certificates.

For the industrial region one of the topical issues is technological modernization of the enterprises. Digitalization and automation of the production processes within Modernization 3.0 will lead to the flow of labor resources from the industrial sector.

The topical issues for Pavlodar businessmen were protection of domestic producers from unfair entrepreneurs, definition of the criteria for classifying business entities to the category large or small. Members of the regional council of NCE “Atameken” were also interested in the licensing procedures of the educational institutions and processes of issuing the electronic invoices.

The proposals and questions of the entrepreneurs of the region were commented by the Minister of National Economy T.Suleimenov, Minister of Investment and Development Zh.Kassymbek, Minister of Energy K.Bozumbayev, deputy Minister of Education and Science B.Assylova.
