The head of the region Bulat Bakauov said about the need for a concrete concept in the meeting.

“We must see clear each sport: volleyball, basketball, hockey, skiing, cycling. Sport should be mass and, therefore, development of sport for us is the task №1. All idle buildings – municipal or not, which could be a gym or a fitness club, must be reequip! Mini football fields and workout ground will be appeared on the grassed areas. It is not necessary to wait for budget financing, there is public-private partnership, the project “Мектебіме тағзым”, program “Туған жер” and other”, he said.

The head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Marat Aidashev told about construction of the Olympic pool and track and field arena in Pavlodar.

 “We need one more football arena. One arena “Youth” in Pavlodar is overcrowded, especially in winter. We develop the project of the membrane arena 40X20. If it passes the test, we can close some of the existing mini-football fields”, Marat Aidashev added.

Bulat Bakauov charged to choose an area for the construction of the arena. At the same time he noted that the project of the arena should not be expensive.
