Meeting with the governor

Akim of Pavlodar region arrived in the People’s Republic of China with a working trip. After visiting Urumqi and Shanxi, the head of the region went to Shaanxi Province. First of all he paid a visit to some agricultural enterprises in the trading area of Xian and then was the guest at the reception, organized by the governor of the province Hu Heping. The heads of the local secretariat, department of friendship with foreign services, agriculture and economy were invited there as well.

“You saw that our province develops in all spheres. The Silk Road, which connects our friendly countries, will serve our regions in cooperation and mutually beneficial development. We could cooperate in the fields of coal chemistry and agriculture. I think that we are ready to supply lamb meat and horse meat from your region to China”, the governor of the Chinese province said.

The Eurasian Economic Forum will be held in Xian on September 21.  The governor Shaanxi invited Bulat Bakauov to take part in it. Akim of Pavlodar region thanked the head of the Chinese province for invitation and expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation between two regions.
