The memorandum was signed in the regional akimat the day before. According to the agreement of the officials and carriers, four categories of students of technical and vocational institutions and full-time students of the universities will go by bus and trams free of charge. They should buy a student’s bus and tram pass, the price of which – KZ 4400 (the usual ticket price – KZ 8800).

“Every day, students go to the foreign language courses, sports centers and groups, cinemas in different parts of the city. Therefore, we have considered the experience of the neighboring cities and countries that they have the travel privilege. I express gratitude to the carriers, who have done with a good grace. Today, we need to do everything to create conditions for students”, akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov said.
