Results of the report of the State Institution" Department of the real sector of the economy of the May district " on activities in the provision of public services for 2022
In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", local executive bodies of districts, akims of rural districts at least once a year hold a public discussion of reports on activities in the provision of public services with the participation of service providers, interested individuals and legal entities.
Conducting public discussions of reports on activities in the field of public services is aimed at informing the public about the activities adopted and planned by local executive bodies regulating the provision of public services in the supervised area. Public discussions are also designed to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of the activities of service providers, the quality and accessibility of public services, continuous improvement of the process of providing public services, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of their provision.
The State Institution "Department of the Real Sector of the Economy of the May district" provided 10 types of public services in 2022.
In total, 210 public services were provided to the population in 2022, including:
1. issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects – 24.
2. provision of raw materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment, re–equipment)" - 49.
3. " approval of the sketch (draft design) – 27.
4." provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement " – 32.
5. issuance to energy-producing and energy–transmitting organizations of a passport of readiness to work in the autumn-winter period - 14.
6." registration and queue of citizens in need of housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund, as well as the adoption by local executive bodies of a decision on the provision of housing " -62.
7, approval of the rules for the privatization of housing from the state housing stock-2.
8. coordination of the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right–of-way of public roads of regional and district significance – 0.
9. issuance of a certificate to citizens whose only dwelling is recognized as emergency-0.
10. " issuance of a certificate to citizens whose only dwelling is recognized as emergency - 0.
In the lobby of the akimat building, there is an information stand on the procedure for providing public services with a list of necessary documents and samples of their filling forms.
In order to implement the "Open Akimat" project, there is a self-service sector in the department building, which is equipped with a computer, scanner and printer. Through the self-service corner, 12 people received public services.
There were no complaints about the quality of public services provided during the reporting period. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan has not revealed legal contradictions, as well as gaps in the provision of public services.
