Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
1. To make the following addition to the resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region dated April 20, 2023 No. 90/2 "On approval of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production for each category of subsidized seeds for 2023" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 180071):
supplement the said resolution with Annex 2 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Pavlodar region;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication.
