The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is the payment of subsidies to agricultural producers to reimburse the costs of purchased pesticides intended for processing against weeds, pests and diseases.
The resolution was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 78 of the Rules for Subsidizing Crop Yield and Quality Improvement, approved by Order No. 107 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020, and also approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2 2023 No. 965 "On the allocation of funds from the reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
