Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
1. To amend the resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region No. 89/2 dated April 20, 2023 "On approval of the list and norms of subsidies for pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 180019) the following additions:
paragraph 1 of the said resolution should be worded as follows:
"1. Approve:
the list and norms of subsidies for pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023 according to the annex to this resolution;
the volume of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2023 in the amount of 2,669,102,000 (two billion six hundred sixty-nine million one hundred two thousand) tenge.";
paragraph 90 of the annex to the said resolution should be supplemented with line 90-1 as follows:

2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force after the day of its first official publication.
