Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
1. Make the following amendment to the resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region No. 83/2 dated April 6, 2023 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers and subsidy rates, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic) for 2023" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 179507):
paragraph 1 of the said resolution should be worded as follows:
"1. To approve the attached list of subsidized types of fertilizers and subsidy rates for 1 ton (kilogram, liter) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic) for 2023 in the amount of 2,314,714,000 (two billion three hundred fourteen million seven hundred fourteen thousand) tenge.".
2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of Pavlodar region Batyrguzhinov S. B.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
