The purpose of the adoption of this resolution is to approve the amount of budget funds for subsidizing the cost of fertilizers (except organic) for 2023.
The resolution was developed in accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order No. 107 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production".
The project was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts on November 3, 2023, and is relevant until November 17, 2023 (https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14779931 ).
2,314,714,000 (two billion three hundred and fourteen million seven hundred and fourteen thousand) tenge is provided for the implementation of this resolution, including 914,414,000 (nine hundred and fourteen million four hundred and fourteen thousand) tenge from the local budget, 1,400,300,000 (one billion four hundred million three hundred thousand) tenge from the republican budget.
