Akimat of Pavlodar region DECIDES:
1. To make the following change to the resolution of the Akimat of Pavlodar region dated February 27, 2023 No. 46/2 "On some issues in the field of agro-industrial complex in Pavlodar region for 2023":
Annex 1 to the said resolution should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar region" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Pavlodar region after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of Pavlodar region Batyrguzhinov S.B.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
