The Department of Agriculture of the Pavlodar region has prepared a draft resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region "On amendments and additions to the resolution of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region dated April 6, 2023 No. 83/2 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers and subsidy rates, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic) for 2023".
The project was developed in accordance with paragraphs 63, 64 of the Rules for Subsidizing Crop Yield and Quality Improvement, approved by Order No. 107 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 31, 2020 No. 20209).
The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
